Pasta Cooking Class @ Sur la Table

A while back my friend Charlie and I went to Sur la table homemade pasta class.

They make it seem so easy to make the dough!!! I have made an attempt to recreate it recently. Sadly it did not turn out as I was hoping...

During my next trial run, I will have to remember to take a photo so I can share it! (^_^) Until then enjoy this beautiful bowtie pasta from the cooking class.
